Human Resources Generalist/ Relationship Manager

Senior Payroll Specialist
Experience: 3-7 years
The Senior Payroll Specialist must be able to implement and maintain all aspects of the payroll process on behalf of our clients. This requires a full understanding of Payroll Implementation from beginning to end and the ability to perform all related payroll tasks while working with junior staff to train them on this process. Additionally, the candidate will assist with general compliance initiatives for local, state, and federal regulations for all HR practices. Also responsible for generating reports as necessary. Previous payroll processing experience required. Extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania state law as it relates to payroll is also needed, and experience with Paylocity is a plus. May also oversee and delegate tasks while managing direct reports.
Associate Payroll Specialist
Experience: 1-3 years
The role of the Associate Payroll Specialist will be to assist in the day-to- day responsibilities, including: payroll updates, tracking down missing time sheets, and the resolution of payroll issues. The Payroll Specialist will process salary changes, promotions, or range adjustments. Additionally this individual will be required to run payroll reports and provide the manager with related data. The Associate Payroll Specialist will play an integral role in year end data review and reporting. Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
1-5 years’ experience selling payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex, and/or HR consulting services. Clear and concise communication skills are a must, as is a demonstrated ability to close the deal.
Financial Analyst/Planner – Entry to 3 years of experience preferably with a financial background. Will train college grads. Must be licensed or willing to take the exam for the license.
